Dragonswapping
-Forms-
Webpages: All candidates must be on webpages that link back to mindspace. The dragons images will go there. Pages must be publicly viewable, and nothing like journal entries or neopets pages, please.
Ratings: Pages can be rated whatever, I don't care.
Persona Requirements: Pages should have personas on which the dragon can bond or go with. For sponsors, a stand-in representative will do, and the dragons may get their own pages. However, for bonds, I need detailed pages, personalities. I match dragons by personalities-- I colour and write out all the dragons first, and THEN I look at the candidates and match them up that way. UNLESS stated on the info thread, the only requirement for a bond or a sponsor is sentience [and, perhaps, an arrangement to take care of the dragon, if they are physically unable to do so]. They don't necessarily have to be human.
Clutch Info: The specifications of whatever clutch will be located on the hatching sands main page, OR on the nexus thread I make for that clutch [likely]. That is, if a clutch requires bonders, rather than sponsors, it will be noted there. Likewise, if the clutch requires that candidates be humanoid, that sort of information will be there. If nothing is specified, assume that the hatchlings can both bond and sponser, and that any sentient species may stand.
Multiple bonding: On the subject of multiple dragons-- I do them myself, unless owner/creator of whatever I'm breeding has a problem problem with it. IF the creator of your first dragon has no problem with it, and if the IC dragon itself doesn't have a problem with it, I don't have a problem with it, and that's the general rule. [and I won't really look down on you for asking or requesting it, either, since I regard multiple bondings as the creation of a sort of sacred team web.. thingy. but yes. :3 back on topic]
Reserves: On the subject of reserves-- feel completely, 100% free to ask for a reserve spot. I'd like all candidates in by the clutch deadline, but I WILL take candidates later than that-- right up until the dragons from that clutch actually come out.
Changes: Please do not alter the images I give you. Also, if you would like to alter details that would go on my records [abilities, name, gender, that kind of thing], please contact me. We'll work something out. Feel free to tweak or change personalities as much as you like.
Defying the laws of physics: No standing at two places at once.
Candidate Limits: There's no limit to the number of candidates you can send in. I will /count/ up to 3 for clutch info. [i.e, you can send in more than three, and i'd only count three. for example, you could send in six, and the number i'd write down for number of candidates in the clutch would be 3]. Not all of them may bond. if they fail to, I won't be automatically keeping them-- you'll have to resubmit them to the next clutch, if you want them to stand again.
Additions Specific to Dragonry
[these are all IC considerations]
Academy Addition: Candidates staying at the academy must take at least two classes, please note which two you want to take in the comments section of your form.
Akhet Addition: Candidates at Akhet are assigned a dragon rider (called a jouster) before the bonding ceremony, whom they help with general dragon care, thus learning the particulars first hand. They're also told what it was like for that rider specifically when raising young, and what it will likely be like for them, with their specific dragon species, by said riders. They're all required to lend a hand with mending leather harnesses, and with polishing largely ornamental armour and weapons belonging to older jousters. All candidates staying at Akhet for the rest of their lives, or long enough to get integrated into fighting wings, are assigned a pre-hatching wing and attend pre-hatching wingtraining. All candidates must take a course in first aid/dragon health care and human health care, and must take at least two of any of the following: Akhet history, Literature, Magic, Healing, Mathematics, Art, Science or Philosophy.

--This will not always be available, but occasionally I will offer some very few slots in one of my hatchings up for dragonswap-- where you send me a dragonet in exchange for one of mine. There aren't very many of these, however.
--If you'd rather send me a dragon for swap instead of a candidate, not in one of the aforementioned slots, I will allow that too. You just need to contact me before hand and we can work that out-- the dragonswap will be treated like an actual candidate, rather than just a giveaway slot.
--For ALL clutch dragonswaps, I'd really like either a sponsor character or someone to represent your agency, if only for story purposes. XP it can be someone re-used or just picked off the bat, with hundreds of dragons already. ^^; I just find it weird otherwise, since the dragonet would have to somehow learn about your agency out of the blue directly after hatching.

Older clutch templates will be available too, but please not as much, and all dragons from such clutches will be random, rather than related to the original parents.
